2. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
If you are a consumer in Australia, the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) gives you statutory guarantees in relation to goods and services. These guarantees cannot be excluded by contract. In particular:
- Goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for any disclosed purpose, match their description, and match any sample or demonstration model.
- If goods fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the type of failure).
- For a "major failure" (e.g. goods are significantly different from description, unsafe, or cannot easily be fixed within a reasonable time), you can reject the goods and choose a refund or replacement.
- For a failure that is not major, we may offer to repair or replace the goods. If we do not do so within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a refund or to have the goods repaired or replaced elsewhere and recover reasonable costs.
This Return Policy is in addition to your rights under the ACL. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes those rights.
3. Voluntary return period (change of mind)
In addition to your ACL rights, we offer a voluntary return option if you simply change your mind. Subject to the conditions below, you may return unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery and request a refund. This does not apply where the product has been unsealed, used, or damaged by you, or where the packaging is no longer suitable for resale. We may require proof of purchase (e.g. order number or confirmation email). Refunds for change-of-mind returns will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned product and confirming it meets the return conditions. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless we have agreed otherwise (e.g. in case of our error or faulty goods).
4. How to request a return or refund
To request a return or refund:
- Contact us by email at notifyuse@vlozarinoavoneu.world or by phone at +61292211622. Please provide your order number (or the email address used for the order), the product name (Phytovitalis), and the reason for the return (e.g. change of mind, faulty product, not as described).
- We will confirm whether your return is accepted and, if applicable, provide you with return instructions (e.g. return address, any reference number to include).
- For eligible returns, pack the product securely in its original packaging (or equivalent) and send it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable delivery method and keeping proof of postage.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome and process any refund in accordance with this policy and the ACL.
If you believe the product is faulty or does not meet a consumer guarantee, please describe the issue clearly when you contact us. We may ask for photos or further information to assess the issue. Where the product is defective or not as described, we will typically cover the cost of return shipping; we will confirm this when we respond to your request.
5. Refund process
Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless we agree otherwise (e.g. store credit or different card). We will process refunds within 14 days of:
- Receiving the returned product and confirming it meets our return conditions (for change-of-mind returns), or
- Confirming that you are entitled to a refund under the ACL (e.g. major failure, or we have not remedied a non-major failure within a reasonable time).
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. If you have not received your refund within a reasonable time, please contact us. We do not refund original shipping costs for change-of-mind returns unless required by law. For returns due to our error or due to faulty or misdescribed goods, we will refund the purchase price and, where appropriate, reasonable return shipping costs in line with the ACL.
6. Products that cannot be returned
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or where the seal is broken, unless the product is faulty or does not meet a consumer guarantee. In such cases your ACL rights apply. We also cannot accept returns of products that have been damaged after delivery due to your handling or storage. If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or that is defective, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to resolve the issue (e.g. replacement or refund and return instructions).
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product or quantity, you may return the original product in accordance with this policy (if eligible) and place a new order. We will process your refund once the return is received and approved.
8. International orders
This Return Policy is written with Australian customers in mind. If you are located outside Australia, your local consumer laws may apply. We will work with you to resolve issues in accordance with this policy and applicable law. Return shipping for international orders is typically at the customer's expense unless the return is due to our error or a fault in the product. Customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer; we do not refund such charges unless required by law.
9. Disputes and complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response to a return or refund request, you may escalate the matter by contacting us again or by seeking advice from the consumer protection authority in your state or territory. In Australia, you can also contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) or your state/territory fair trading office for information about your rights.

We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised when we make changes. Changes apply to returns requested after the updated policy is published. For returns already in progress, we will apply the policy that was in place when you contacted us, unless a change is required by law or is more favourable to you.
